week 4

The main 2-page spread is covering a psychedelic rock band called The Greyt Adventure which I started myself alongside my drummer.
the greyt adventure by: Isaiah
1st question: Can you guys introduce yourselves
and what you do in the band?
The band: Yes certainly, I'm Micheal I play bass and sing;
I'm Isaiah i play guitar, keyboard, and lead vocals.
i go by the name of Alex and I play the drums.
Interviewer: What genre are you playing?
Alex: I'd describe what we play as more of interpretive
playing rather than a set genre, but mainly we are turned
onto 60s psychedelic rock music..
Isaiah: yes we jam and improvise making it diffferent most
of the times, it's only up for the listeners and viewers
interpretation.
Interviewer: Do you want to travel to other countries?
Micheal: I'm sure we will be all over the map, starting
for a dew months in our home country will be good
before we decide to play in places like Norway,
Sweden, Netherlands, and Germany.
Isaiah: we are going to spread the true wave of
music to all those accepting of what we share.
Interviewer: What are you working on right now?
Alex: as of right now we are still writing songs and
also recording an Album that should be done by next year.
Micheal: there a lot of great songs and once the record is done hopefully we can
start gaining a bigger and
stronger support base.  Bands aren't bands without fans
and fans aren't fans without bands.
Interviewer: How long have you all known each other?
How did you meet?
Isaiah: We've known Micheal now for a month or two, we were
introduced by our lead guitarist Julian, and
I've known Alex since my Junior year in high school.
Alex: It's really strange yet great that we are playing
together because the chemistry is there and all naturally.
Interviewer: What are your rehearsals generally like? Do you
have a set time each week in which you practice or
are rehearsals more spontaneous?
Isaiah: Rehearsals are usually 3 or 4 times a week at
someones house, usually micheals because he lives near the
beach. The songs are usually played differently each time
minus the backbone structure.
Interviewer: What's your ultimate direction for your band?

The Greyt Adventures direction for the meanwhile is to continue to play our music for those who choose to put their interest in a nonconforming genre.
As a 4 piece and looking to add more members, such as a pianist and organist.

Each member is only 17 years old and is already on their way towards shaping the culture that we know and may not like.
